The Flavors of Los Angeles

Challenge:
Train and impact the most important tour operators in Brazil using a very limited budget. Reinforce Los Angeles destination to sales and operations teams on how to sell destination.
 
Strategy:
CVC is the largest and most important tour operator in Brazil, with more than 1,200 stores. They are a key partner when it comes to promoting and distributing travel products. As a way of training and relating to the entire core development and promotion team, Imaginadora created a customized food truck. The truck was parked in the CVC headquarters parking lot throughout the day, handing out food and beverage samples, as well as information from Los Angeles.
 
Result:
We impacted and trained around 500 people in just one day and reinforced the Los Angeles brand. There was increase in sales of 250 room nights over the summer vacation period.
