Carry out an action to promote the American destination of Park City, Utah, at low cost and in a period of closed borders for Brazilians due to the new coronavirus pandemic and, consequently, impossible to travel. That was the challenge. In order to keep the trade and also to keep the press updated on the news in Park City, highlighting the importance of the Brazilian market for the destination and straighten the relationship with the market, Imaginadora developed the Park City Virtual FAM. The focus was on travel agencies and tour operators, in addition to the specialized tourism press. The event was virtual and the live was broadcast from Park City. Along with the invitation, kits were sent to the guest's house containing a personalized cap illustrated with the destination, representing winter in Park City, and a custom slipper, representing summer in Brazil. In other words: even though it was not possible to travel to enjoy this winter season, we have found a way to bring the Brazilian market closer to the American destination in a safe way, we present the news and keep the destination in the memory of tourism professionals for the moment when it will be possible to start travelling again.

The event's schedule featured the presentation of three Park City suppliers, a distillery, a new hotel, and a new adventure activity park. They all streamed live from their properties and answered questions from attendees.
