Objective

Strengthen the presence of Chile as a tourist destination for the Brazilian market, which is the second-largest country to send visitors to Chile. The initiative aims to train tourism trade professionals, increase air connectivity, and foster business between Chilean entrepreneurs and Brazilian operators.

Tactic

The Brazil Roadshow 2024 was held in three strategic cities: Belo Horizonte, Brasília, and Porto Alegre, bringing together over 20 Chilean entrepreneurs and about 120 to 130 local tourism professionals. The activities included training sessions and business rounds for agents, operators, and sector authorities.

Conclusion

The Roadshow strengthened the connection between the Brazilian tourism trade and Chilean exhibitors, consolidating Chile as an attractive and accessible destination. The event increased the country’s visibility, fostered business ties, and encouraged the creation of new itineraries, especially in the niches of snow and wine.
